Dip Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 2 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool. Squeeze out excess water and chop the spinach finely.

Mix the Dip Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well to combine.

Season the Dip
Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Pita Chips Preparation

Prepare the Pita Bread
Cut each pita bread into wedges.

In a large bowl, toss the pita wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Pita Chips
Arrange the seasoned pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Remove the pita chips from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving with the spinach and artichoke dip.
