Preparing the Salad

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons
Sprinkle the croutons over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic (mince the garlic cloves using a knife or a garlic press), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.

Mix the Dressing
Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if desired.
Combining the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the lettuce and croutons evenly with the dressing.
