Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

On a baking sheet, arrange the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Bake the Salmon and Vegetables

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the same baking sheet as the vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve the salmon alongside the roasted asparagus and tomatoes, garnished with additional dill if desired.
