Method
Prepare the Batter
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.
Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in the wild blueberries into the batter.
Cook the Pancakes
Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
Keep Warm
Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and cover to keep warm while you cook the rest.
