Prepare the bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.

Cook the beef
In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the egg base
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cook the frittata
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour the mixture back into the skillet and cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the middle and slightly golden on top.

Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with sliced pickles and a drizzle of smoky garlic aioli on top.
