Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk the Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk together the cage-free eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Sauté the Vegetables
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, and sauté until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Cook the Frittata
Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. Then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with toast, real butter, and house jam.
