Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Dice the pork belly into small cubes. Mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the bell pepper into strips. Chop the green onions, keeping the white and green parts separate.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Pork Belly

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced pork belly and cook until it is crispy and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork belly from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 3

    Sauté Aromatics

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the green onion. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the cauliflower florets and bell pepper strips to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked pork belly to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, red chili peppers, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with the green parts of the green onion. Serve hot.
