Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet or wok, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside. Leave the rendered fat in the skillet.

Prepare the Vegetables
If using fresh mixed vegetables, chop them into small pieces. If using frozen, simply measure out 1 cup.

Stir-Fry the Ingredients
In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Then, add the preserved vegetables and stir well.

Combine with Rice and Seasonings
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
