Roasting the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until soft and slightly caramelized.

Cooking the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, drain on paper towels, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Preparing the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

On a serving plate, arrange the roasted tomatoes, chopped bacon, and petite carrots. Crumble Roquefort cheese over the top and drizzle with the red wine buttermilk dressing.
