Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, cook the Conecuh sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Slice and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes or Grits

If using breakfast potatoes, dice them and sauté in the skillet until golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes. If using grits, prepare according to package instructions.

  5. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the potatoes or grits are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread butter on top if desired.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Plate

On a plate, arrange the crispy bacon, cooked sausage, eggs, and either breakfast potatoes or grits. Serve with the toast on the side.
