Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour.

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crumbled bacon, and mayonnaise until well combined.
Assembly and Baking

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll Out Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a large circle.

Fill and Fold Calzone
Place the filling mixture on one half of the dough circle. Fold the other half over and seal the edges by crimping with a fork.

Transfer the calzone to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
