Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Tres Generaciones Añejo Tequila, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, 2 dashes of orange bitters, and 2 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, ensuring no ice is included.

Garnish
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink by holding it skin side down and gently squeezing it. Then, place the peel into the drink as a garnish.
