Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and broccoli florets, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until spinach is wilted and broccoli is tender. Season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Ricotta Mixture
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Romano cheese. Mix well and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12x16 inches.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Add the sautéed spinach and broccoli mixture on top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Romano cheese evenly over the vegetables.

Roll the Stromboli
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal and place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cool and Slice
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve warm.
