Preparation of Wings
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning.
Cooking the Wings
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Prepare Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serving

Prepare Garnish
While the wings are cooling slightly, cut the celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- 7
