Marinate Steak
Place the coulotte steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.

Prepare Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, roasted red peppers, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix the ingredients together.

Make Balsamic Vinaigrette
In a jar, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper. Seal the jar and shake vigorously until the dressing is well emulsified.

Rest Steak
Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
Assembly

Assemble Salad
Place the mixed greens salad on a serving platter. Top with sliced steak, grated asiago cheese, and crispy onions.
