Preparation

1

Prepare Lavender Infusion

In a saucepan, bring 720 ml of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 cup of dried lavender flowers. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for an additional 20 minutes.

2

Strain the Lavender

After steeping, strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher, discarding the solid lavender flowers.

3

Add Lemon Juice

Juice the 4 fresh lemons to extract their juice. Measure and add the lemon juice to the lavender infusion in the pitcher.

4

Sweeten the Mixture

Stir in 0.5 cup of honey or sugar to the lavender and lemon mixture until fully dissolved.

5

Mix in Vodka

Pour in 360 ml of vanilla vodka into the pitcher and stir well to combine all the ingredients.

6

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the lavender lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve over ice in glasses, and garnish with a lavender sprig or lemon slice if desired.
