Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the fresh salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

Grilling

  1. 2

    Grill Option

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with the mixture. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Honey Mustard Glaze

  1. 3

    Honey Mustard Glaze Option

In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily.

Cajun Seared

  1. 4

    Cajun Seared Option

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and crispy on the outside.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Serve and Garnish

Once the salmon is cooked, serve it immediately. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
