Pork Ribs

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the ribs, making sure to cover all sides evenly.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 4

    Wrap the Ribs

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil, creating a sealed packet to help retain moisture.

  3. 5

    Bake the Ribs

Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  4. 6

    Add BBQ Sauce

Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 7

    Broil for Finish

Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, watching closely to caramelize the BBQ sauce without burning it.
