Prepare glass
Place 4 large ice cubes into an old-fashioned (rocks) glass. Using large cubes helps chill the drink without diluting it too quickly.

Add spirits
Pour 2 oz Finlandia vodka and 1 oz Kahlúa directly over the ice in the glass.

Top with cream
Gently pour 1 oz half-and-half over the back of a spoon (or slowly down the side of the glass) so it floats and creates a layered look. If you prefer a fully integrated drink, pour the half-and-half straight in and give the drink one gentle stir.

Finish & garnish
Optionally garnish with 3 whole coffee beans placed on top of the cream. Serve immediately with a short stirring spoon so the drinker can mix to taste.
