Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Black Cod
In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Place the black cod fillets in the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Prepare the Daikon
While the fish is marinating, peel the daikon radish and slice it into thin rounds or matchsticks. You can also soak the daikon in cold water for about 10 minutes to make it crispier.
- 3
Cook the Black Cod
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated black cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Plate the Dish
Once the black cod is cooked, remove it from the oven. Serve the fish on a plate with the daikon radish on the side. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
