Savor the rich flavors of our Korean Spiced Black Cod, marinated to perfection in a zesty gochujang sauce that offers a delightful kick of heat. This succulent fish is complemented by the refreshing crunch of daikon, creating a harmonious balance of taste and texture. Each bite transports you to the vibrant streets of Korea, making this dish a must-try for any seafood lover.
In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Place the black cod fillets in the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
While the fish is marinating, peel the daikon radish and slice it into thin rounds or matchsticks. You can also soak the daikon in cold water for about 10 minutes to make it crispier.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated black cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once the black cod is cooked, remove it from the oven. Serve the fish on a plate with the daikon radish on the side. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
