Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Cauliflower
Carefully drop the coated cauliflower florets into the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
