Prepare the Garlic Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Cooking Potatoes

Bake the Crispy Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Grill the Angus Beef Patties
While the potatoes are baking, preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding the mozzarella slices on top of the patties for the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Q Burger
Toast the wood-fired burger buns lightly. Start with the bottom bun, add a layer of baby arugula, place the grilled beef patty with melted mozzarella on top, add a generous amount of onion agrodolce, and finish with a dollop of garlic aioli. Top off with the upper half of the bun.
