Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.

Whip the Ricotta
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, chopped oregano, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip until smooth and creamy.

Grill the Bread
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the bread slices for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they are toasted and have grill marks. Rub the grilled side with the halved garlic clove.
