  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

  3. 3

    Form Meatballs

Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake Meatballs

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.

Herb Whipped Ricotta

  1. 5

    Blend Ricotta

In a food processor, blend the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, chopped chives, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

  3. 9

    Simmer Sauce

Reduce heat to low and let the marinara sauce simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
