Preparation of Burrata and Bread

Prepare House Bread
Slice the house bread into thick pieces and arrange them on a serving board.

Plate Burrata
Gently place the fresh burrata in the center of the serving board next to the sliced bread.

Prepare Ingredients
Preheat your wood-fired oven to a temperature of 400°F (200°C). Rinse the cherry tomatoes and set aside. Peel the garlic cloves.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the tomatoes and garlic are well coated.

Roast in Oven
Spread the tomato and garlic mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer and place it in the wood-fired oven. Roast for about 15-20 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the garlic is soft.

Add Fresh Basil
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the fresh basil over the confit while it's still warm.
