Prepare the Beef Patty
Shape the dry-aged prime beef into a patty, ensuring it's slightly larger than the bun. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Cheese
After flipping, place the Wisconsin American cheese on top of the patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.

Toast the Bun
While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the Burger
Spread dijonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Place the beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by tomato, onion, and pickle. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve the burger immediately while hot and enjoy!
