Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form them into patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

In a separate skillet or on the grill, toast the brioche buns until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Layer the bottom bun with a beef patty, add two slices of crispy bacon, and top with the other half of the brioche bun. Serve immediately.
