Directions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender meat.

2

Make the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, and honey until well combined.

3

Marinate the Ribs

Place the ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

4

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C or 400°F).

5

Grill the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Grill for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally until they are nicely charred and cooked through.

6

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with your favorite sides.
