Cocktail Preparation

    Prepare the Cucumber

    Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Reserve a few slices for garnish.

    Muddle the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced cucumber and honey. Muddle gently to release the cucumber juice and mix with the honey.

    Mix the Cocktail

    Add the Helix Vodka and Caravella Limoncello to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

    Strain the Mixture

    Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.

    Add Club Soda

    Top the cocktail with club soda and stir gently to combine.
