Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss the cubed French bread with olive oil and dried herbs. Spread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the preserved lemon pulp, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and the dressing, tossing until the kale is well coated. Add the croutons and white anchovies, tossing gently. Top with shaved Grana Padano cheese.
