Ono Bowl Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
Prepare the Miso Salmon
In a small bowl, mix miso paste with a little water to make it easier to spread. Marinate the salmon fillet in the miso mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Rice
Cook the sushi rice or brown rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set aside.
Assemble the Ono Bowl
In a serving bowl, place a scoop of cooked rice at the bottom. Top with the baked miso salmon, edamame, cucumber strips, avocado wedges, and a sprinkle of masago.
Add Sauces and Garnish
Drizzle Ono soy sauce and spicy mayo over the top. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
