Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and fresh pineapple chunks. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glass over the ice. The drink should be creamy and frothy.
