Boiling the Lobster Tails
Fill a large pot with 4 cups of water and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a rolling boil.

Cooking the Lobster
Once the water is boiling, carefully add the lobster tails to the pot. Boil for 8-10 minutes until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque.

Cooling and Preparing
Remove the lobster tails from the pot and let them cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, use kitchen scissors to cut the top of the shell down the center, exposing the meat.

In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat.

Once melted, add minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute to combine flavors.
