Chicken Tenders

Dipping Sauce

Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Cut Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Season Chicken

In a bowl, season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

  3. 3

    Setup Breading Station

Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, the second with a beaten egg, and the third with bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Bread the Chicken

Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it with bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.

Fry Chicken Tenders

  1. 5

    Heat Oil

In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry Chicken

Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 7

    Drain Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Prepare Dipping Sauce

  1. 8

    Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, and hot sauce. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Serve

  1. 9

    Plate Chicken Tenders

Arrange the chicken tenders in a basket or on a plate.

  2. 10

    Serve with Sauce

Serve the chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce on the side for dipping.
