    Roasting the Padron Peppers

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the Padron peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

    Baking

    Roast the peppers in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are blistered and slightly charred.

    Toast the Pine Nuts

    While the peppers are roasting, heat a small pan over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and toast them for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.

    Finishing Touch

    Once the peppers are roasted, remove them from the oven. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the hot peppers, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, and season with sea salt to taste.
