Prepare the Apples
Wash and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

Simmer the Mixture
In a large pot, combine the chopped apples and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 30 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
After simmering, use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the liquid into a clean container, discarding the apple solids.

Add Yeast
Once cooled, sprinkle the yeast over the liquid and gently stir to combine.

Ferment
Cover the container with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a cool, dark place for about 1-2 weeks, or until fermentation slows down.

Bottle the Cider
After fermentation, carefully siphon the cider into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal with caps.

Refrigerate the bottles for at least 24 hours before serving. Enjoy your dry cider chilled!
