Method
Pizza
Prepare the Pizza Dough
In a large bowl, mix the pizza dough with warm water and a sprinkle of salt. Knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Assemble the Pizza
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface. Place on a greased baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni slices. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Remove and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Reuben Sandwich
Prepare the Sandwich
Spread a layer of Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on half of the slices, then top with the other slices.
Serve
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix shredded brisket with softened cream cheese and chopped green onions until well combined.
Assemble the Rolls
Spread the brisket mixture evenly onto each tortilla wrap. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the filling, then roll tightly.
Slice and Serve
Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Baked Mushroom Caps
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture generously.
Bake the Mushrooms
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
