Taco Filling

Method

Taco Filling Preparation

1

Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

2

Add Onions and Garlic

Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft.

3

Season the Beef

Stir in the taco seasoning and water, mixing well to combine. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

4

Simmer

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Taco Assembly

5

Prepare Taco Shells

While the beef is simmering, warm the soft taco shells according to the package instructions.

6

Assemble Tacos

Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.

7

Add Toppings

Finish each taco with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa, as desired.

8

Serve

Serve the tacos immediately while warm and enjoy your all-you-can-eat feast!
