Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Making the Honey Sambuca Chili Glaze

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, Sambuca, and red chili flakes. Stir well to mix.

Simmer the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven. Toss the wings in the honey Sambuca chili glaze until well coated.

Mix Dipping Sauces
In a small bowl, mix together the bleu cheese dressing and ranch dressing. For an extra kick, add Calabrian chili paste and minced garlic to the ranch dressing.
