Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Stir occasionally.

  2. 2

    Drain Pasta

Once cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Add Tomatoes

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic Sauce Seasoning

Pour in the reserved pasta water, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  3. 8

    Add Cheese and Basil

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil until well combined. Serve warm.
