Method
Prepare the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Hibiscus
Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Cover the saucepan and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the hibiscus flowers.
Add Flavors

Mix in Juices
To the strained hibiscus tea, add 2 tablespoons of yuzu juice and 1 cup of pomegranate juice. Stir well to combine.

Incorporate Ginger
Add 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger to the mixture and stir until well integrated.
Sweeten and Garnish

If desired, stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup to sweeten the tea to your taste.

Garnish
Serve the tea over ice, garnishing each glass with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and a few fresh mint leaves.
