Muddle the Pink Peppercorns
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pink peppercorns to release their aromatic oils.

Add Liquid Ingredients
Add the Blanco tequila, sotol, and fresh grapefruit juice to the shaker.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top with Soda
Top the drink with prickly pear soda, gently stirring to combine.

Garnish
Garnish your cocktail with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass and a few whole pink peppercorns on top.
