Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.

Spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice of bread. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

In the same skillet, add the vegetable medley and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

Make the Chocolate Ganache
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to boil.
