Crust Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press Into Pan
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.

Bake Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Filling Preparation

Beat Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Add Sugar and Mix
Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until well combined and fluffy.

Incorporate Sour Cream and Vanilla
Add sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until fully incorporated.

Add Eggs One at a Time
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Mix in Flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly.

Cool and Chill
Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
