Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

Season and Coat
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Coat the wings in the flour mixture until evenly covered.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove wings and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce and unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.

Toss the Wings
Place the fried wings in a large bowl, pour the hot sauce mixture over them, and toss until evenly coated.

Serve the Buffalo wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks.
