Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add the olive oil and salt. Gradually mix in the flour until a dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Add Toppings
Spread the chopped chicken fingers over the dough. Sprinkle the cheddar jack and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Drizzle with Buffalo sauce according to taste.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Drizzle with Dressing
Once out of the oven, drizzle bleu cheese dressing over the pizza before slicing.
