In a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and white rum. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more pineapple juice to achieve your desired consistency. Blend again if necessary.

Take two tall glasses and fill them halfway with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
