Juicing
Juice the grapefruit and lime to extract fresh juice. You will need approximately 2 oz of grapefruit juice and 1 oz of lime juice.

Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Ocho tequila, 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.

Shaking
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Straining
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Adding Soda
Top the drink with 3 oz of club soda and stir gently to combine.

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
