Crab Cakes

Prepare the Crab Cake Mixture
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, bread crumbs, egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, green onions, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the Crab Cakes
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix the Aioli
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside.
Onion Rings

Soak the Onions
Place sliced onions in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Breading
In a separate bowl, mix flour and Old Bay seasoning.

Bread the Onion Rings
Remove onions from buttermilk and coat them in the flour mixture.

Fry the Onion Rings
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
