Make Ube Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the ube puree, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until it becomes airy and light, about 3-5 minutes.

Toast Coconut Flakes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the coconut flakes evenly on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Watch closely to prevent burning.

Prepare Kiwi
Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds. Set aside for topping.

In serving bowls or cups, spoon a generous amount of the ube cream. Top with toasted coconut flakes and sliced kiwi. Drizzle mango syrup over the top for added sweetness.
